Distance: Situated just 5–7 km from Fethiye city center, right on the other side of the bay.

Public Transport: You can reach the beach easily and frequently via the "Çalış" minibuses (dolmuş) departing from the city center. Alternatively, you can take the iconic Water Taxi (boat) service departing from the Fethiye Promenade (Kordon) for a delightful journey across the bay.

Çalış Beach hosts both budget-friendly municipal social facilities and numerous private establishments, cafes, and restaurants along its coastline.

Entry & Public Areas: Entry to the beach is completely free. There are showers, changing cabins, and restrooms available for public use along the shore.

Sunbeds & Comfort: You can rent sunbeds and umbrellas from municipal areas at very affordable prices. Of course, the "Escapes Go" freedom applies here, too; feel free to grab your folding chair and set up right by the water for free.

Parking: If you arrive by car, you can use the free parking areas in the back streets of the beach or choose one of the municipal/private parking lots located very close to the shore.

Important Ecological Note
Just like its neighbour İnlice, Çalış Beach is one of the most vital nesting grounds for Caretta Caretta sea turtles in Fethiye. When walking or spending time on the beach in the evening, it is the greatest responsibility of an "Escapes Go" traveler to take extra care not to step on the protected nests and to avoid disturbing them with excessive light or noise.
